Radiology Technologist 

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Radiology Technologist or similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and patient service skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to operate and understand radiographic technology and equipment
  • The physical stamina to stand for long periods and operate heavy machinery without assistance
  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in radiography is preferred
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience Fit for duty

Urgent Care Physician

Qualifications

  • BC/BE in internal medicine, family practice, or emergency medicine (Preferred)
  • Medical License (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • Carries DEA, CDS, and CPR (Required)
  • Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care setting is strongly preferred
  • Must be experienced and comfortable with suturing


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the essential functions, practices, and procedures of a medical clinic and office
  • Knowledge of and ability to diagnose and treat a variety of diseases
  • Knowledge of skills related to and ability to treat medical and surgical emergencies
  • Skill in operating various medical office equipment, such as EKG machine, pulse oximeter, nebulizer, spirometer, etc.
  • Ability to accurately calculate and administer doses of medication and perform physical exams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, patient financial and medical information
  • Good knowledge of computer systems and applications including electronic health record (EHR / EMR) usage
  • Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9/10-CM coding
  • Ability to solve practical problems dealing with a variety of variables as a Care Team member
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in appraising situations and making decisions
  • Ability to work and interact effectively and positively with other staff members in a Care Team structure to build and or enhance teamwork in the clinics and overall organization
  • Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ability to interview and communicate either in person or with an interpreter with patients in a clinical setting in Spanish
  • Ability to understand and respond appropriately, effectively, and sensitively to special population groups as defined by race, ethnicity, language, age, sex, etc.
  • Skill in operating personal computer utilizing word processing, databases and e-mail
  • Skill in operating various office equipment: calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and telephone
